Birthday Party Packages
Celebrate with us at the YMCA! We offer birthday party packages for kids of all ages in our pool, climbing wall, and youth play areas.
Splashtacular Birthday Party
Splashtacular Birthday Party – Fercho YMCA
Come splash, swim, and play in our Aquatic Center! Have a blast in our zero-depth area and check out the AquaClimb in the Large Pool! Always a lifeguard on duty. Fun for all ages.
Pricing: Member $120, Non-Member $155
Package includes one hour in the Aquatic Center and one hour in the Party Room.
Maximum Motion Birthday
Maximum Motion Birthday – Fercho & Schlossman YMCAs
Keep everybody active and moving as they crawl, climb, and jump through our Kids Gym or Play Loft! Fun for ages 5 years and under.
Pricing: Member $100, Non-Member $130
Package includes one hour in the Kids Gym and one hour in the Party Room (Fercho) OR two hours in the Play Loft/Party Room (Schlossman).
Bouldering Adventure
Bouldering Adventure – Schlossman YMCA
Come climb our 32-foot indoor climbing wall! The Y supplies experienced climbing staff and equipment. All participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian to use the climbing wall. Fun for ages 5 years and over.
Pricing: Member $120, Non-Member $155
Package includes one hour in the climbing wall, and one hour in the Party Room or Xerzone.
Tumbling Tykes
Tumbling Tykes
Have tons of tumbling fun in the Gymnastics Room at the YMCA! Crawl, climb, balance, and tumble on our beam, bars, mats, and more. Fun for a variety of ages.
Pricing: Member $120, Non-Member $155
Package includes one hour in the Gymnastics Room and one hour in the Party Room.
Additional Information:
• All rates listed are for 10 participants. $5 for each additional participant. Up to 15 participants.
• Parties may bring in food and/or beverages. No food or beverages are included in the packages.
• It is recommended to schedule a MINIMUM of 10 days in advance.
• No reservations will be taken less than 72 hours before.
• A full list of guidelines is included in the Rentals Contract during registration.
Facilities & Rentals
Our facilities have a variety of spaces to keep kids, families and even adults active for hours! Find a space to rent for your activities:

- NEW Gymnastics Room: Have tons of tumbling fun on our beam, bars, mats, and more!
- Kids’ Gym: Kids have a blast on the equipment in our Fargo-Moorhead themed gym as they crawl, climb, and jump through the maze.
- Event/Conference Room: Need a private space to hang out? Rent a room at the YMCA to host your youth group, church group, Girl or Boy Scouts, and more! Rooms include tables and chairs.
- Social Center or Youth Center: These spaces are ideal for groups to meet and have a good time in an open area. Tables and chairs are available, but feel free to bring in your own toys, games, activities, etc. The sky is the limit!

- Play Loft: This farm-themed play area is great for year round fun, and includes a tractor, a small slide, and more to climb and play on!
- Climbing Wall: Come climb our 32-foot climbing wall! The Y supplies climbing staff and equipment. All participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian to use the climbing wall.
- Event/Conference Room: Need a private space to hang out? Rent a room at the YMCA to host your youth group, church group, Girl or Boy Scouts, and more! Rooms include tables and chairs.
Saturday Night Rentals
Need something bigger? Rent the Fercho or Schlossman YMCA on a Saturday night! Up to 50 people can enjoy everything our facilities have to offer. Rentals run from 7:30pm to 10:30pm and must be booked at least one month in advance.
- Fercho YMCA Members: $750 | Non-Members: $930

YMCA Camp Cormorant

The YMCA rents out our summer resident camp for family reunions, business meetings, and other large/small group gatherings!
Available spaces include cabins with sleeping quarters, men’s/women’s shower facilities, kitchen/dining hall, 1,000 feet of lakeshore, sand beach, swimming area, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, fire pit, game field, volleyball court, and our Camp Welcome Center. Rentals available seasonally.
