Weight Loss Challenges at the YMCA are designed so that individuals of all levels of fitness can take steps towards healthy lifestyle changes, and approach weight loss in a safe, motivating, and supportive environment.
Winter Meltdown Challenge - Virtual!
Looking to shed some unwanted weight? Want to exercise but unsure of what to do? Your Certified personal trainer will meet with you weekly virtually or in-Person. You will be paired up with a Certified Personal Trainer, who will help you make a plan for your weight loss journey. Weekly check-ins and consultations will help hold you accountable. - Education about exercise
- 6, virtual or in-person, 30-minute consultation session with a trainer (one a week)
