Athletes - Improve your strength, speed, explosiveness, body awareness, agility, and more in Sports Performance at the YMCA! Youth will be tracked and progressed with sport-specific workouts, designed by strength and conditioning specialists and individualized to each athlete. - Members: $100 per session OR $270 for all sessions
- Non-Members: $130 per session OR $325 for all sessions

SPORTS SKILLS & WEIGHT TRAINING
Athletes – stay fit and sport-ready in your off-seasons with Sports Skills and Weight Training, NEW at the YMCA! We'll work on sport-specific skills, strength, speed, agility, and more. Youth will be tracked and progressed with cardio and strength workouts, designed by personal trainers just for teen and pre-teen players. We’ll also practice, correct, and perfect skills specific to the sport theme of each session. Reach peak performance, challenge your skills, and excel in your next season!
