Grounds, Facilities, and More Information
Included with all Grounds/Facilities rentals: 11 cabins – which accommodate 162 people bunk-bed-style – separate men’s/women’s shower facilities, 1,000 feet of lakeshore, sand beach, swimming area, slide, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, life jackets, fire pit, game field, volleyball and basketball courts and storm shelter.
Grounds/Facilities rentals also include EITHER the Welcome Center or the lake-front Kitchen/Dining Hall. You may choose to add BOTH of these spaces for an additional $1,000.
Camp Welcome Center: The Camp Welcome Center, which opened in 2019, is a large, centrally-located building that includes a large meeting space for up to 150 people (with a fire place, tables and chairs), kitchen, bathrooms, and other available features. The Camp Welcome Center is available for rent seasonally April – November. This is a perfect getaway space to rent for smaller gatherings or just a weekend away with your family!
More Information: Weekend rentals run from Friday at 5pm through Sunday at 11am. Single day rentals run from 9am - 3pm. Both summer and off-season options are available - for more information, contact Dee Jones at 701.364.4130 or dee.jones@ymcacassclay.org

Pricing is dependent upon which areas of camp you would like to rent, and whether or not your rental falls during Camp Season or Off Season dates. View available options and pricing in the table below.

- A deposit of 50% of rental fee is required to secure your reservation. The remainder of the fee is due two weeks prior to the first day of your rental.
The YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties is a non-profit community organization. All groups are expected to help in the care of the facility and its equipment. It is the responsibility of the rental group to be aware of all rental rules and regulations prior to use. A signed rental agreement is required to utilize the camp. A contract will be sent out and must be returned with a deposit to secure your date(s). Payment is due two weeks prior to the rental; this date will be indicated on the rental contract.
