This class will help improve physical and mental health by developing positive lifestyle behaviors – like physical activity and healthy eating – that can prevent, treat and reverse chronic diseases. Ages 14+.

Improve mental health by developing positive lifestyle behaviors – like physical activity, healthy eating, sleep/rest, and more – that can prevent, treat, and reverse chronic mental health conditions. This small-group class will instill independence and confidence that allows participants to develop long-term, sustainable healthy lifestyle habits that lead to improved mental health. FREE for YMCA members!
