Week Two  |  Theme: Nutrition

"You can't outrun a bad diet" or so they say. Take this week to evaluate your current nutrition and strive to make 1-2 positive changes in your current routine! 

There are many ways to make better nutrition choices - and it doesn't always mean giving up your favorite foods. You can increase your water intake, add fruits/veggies to meals you're already making, or learn some "better for you" swaps to make your favorite dishes just a little bit more nourishing.
