Week Six | Theme: Motivation & Consistency
We’ve almost made it! As we enter the last week of the challenge, look back and re-evaluate your goals. What were your 'wins?' Did your goals change? Are there still areas where you can make progress? This is a great time to revisit your SMART goals from Week 1 so you can keep making improvements and continuing your momentum from the last few weeks.
Additionally, we recommend that you go back and complete the Week 6 Fitness Test on your tracker. This is just another way that you can track your progress that doesn’t involve the scale. If you need a refresher, feel free to visit our Week 1 video that walks you through the fitness test!
We get it: motivation is hard, and sometimes it's difficult to stay on track if you don't have a structured plan. We've all learned some great tools throughout the last six weeks – but below, you can find some additional resources to help you move forward and continue crushing your goals!

End-of-Challenge Wrap-Up
As we wrap up the challenge, we have a few housekeeping items for you all – as well as a few surprises up our sleeve!
We recommend that all participants schedule a FREE end-of-challenge Inbody Assessment to see tangible evidence of all the hard work you've put in during the last 6 weeks! Schedule your appointment online or reach out to our team at 701.293.9622. If you are scheduling yourself, please make sure to choose the "Fercho STRONG InBody" or "Schlossman InBody" option.
All participants who complete an InBody at the beginning and/or end of the challenge will be entered into drawings for prizes! InBody scans need to be completed by November 6 in order to be entered into the drawings.
All STRONG Challenge participants will receive a FREE celebration gift to celebrate your commitment to your wellness goals!
- Gifts can be picked at either branch starting October 31 through November 13.
- Just stop by the Member Services Desk and let them know that you're a STRONG Challenge participant!
- Participants who have not already received their STRONG t-shirt can do so when you pick up your gift
