There's a reason why they call it your core - it's at the center of all other movements. Strengthening your core can prevent injury and pain, makes day-to-day tasks easier, can help you level up in the gym – and it can greatly improve your balance. 

This week, we'll focus on your balance skills and core strength. We will learn more on how to engage your core, improve your balance, and continue to challenge yourself in your workouts!

Exercise Modifications & Balance

Ever wonder how to make your workouts "work" for you? Modifications are your best friend when it comes to customizing the difficulty of your workouts, accommodating mobility issues or injuries, or simply finding a new way to challenge yourself and level up in the gym.
