Golf Performance Training
We'll focus on golf-specific exercises to help improve your game, get your best swing, and play pain-free all season long! We’ll focus on flexibility, stability, and rotational power to help you develop the skills needed for longer drives while decreasing your risk for injury, aches, and pain. Members: $200, Non-Members: $300

Olympic Weight Lifting
Ages 14+ | Members: $100, Non-Members: $175
Learn proper Olympic lifting techniques, cues and progressions – including the Clean, Jerk, and Snatch lifts and variations – with a focus on education and injury prevention.

Personal Run Coaching
Want to get more into running? Getting ready to toe the line for your first 5k? Half-Marathon? Full Marathon? Ultra Marathon?? This program will help you! Improve racing times, complete longer race distances, work through those nagging injuries, or just prepare for a better experience on race day.
Our Personal Run Coach will work individually with participants to come up with personalized plans in preparation for your upcoming event or race. Participants may also reach out to the Personal Running Coach at any time to answer questions or troubleshoot roadblocks. This program is for beginner or advanced runners who are specifically looking for more direction and specialized training. Members: $225, Non-Members: $275
