Golf Performance Training

This NEW class will focus on golf-specific strength-training exercises and flexibility training to help improve your game, get your best swing and play pain-free all season long! We focus on flexibility, rotational power, and injury prevention. Sessions can be one-on-one, or grab your golf partners for small-group training! Classes led by a certified Titleist Performance Institute fitness coach. Personal Run Coaching

Want to get more into running? Getting ready to toe the line for your first 5k? Half-Marathon? Full Marathon? Ultra Marathon?? This program will help you! Improve racing times, complete longer race distances, work through those nagging injuries, or just prepare for a better experience on race day. 

Runners of all abilities, join our Personal Run Coach to improve your strength, power, and flexibility and endurance! Our Personal Run Coach will work individually with participants to come up with personalized plans in preparation for your upcoming event or race. Participants may also reach out to the Personal Running Coach at any time to answer questions or troubleshoot roadblocks. This program is for beginner or advanced runners who are specifically looking for more direction and specialized training.

Program Includes:
Ongoing communication, including weekly check-ins and also feedback to questions via phone, text, or e-mail outside of training sessions. One-on-One Consult, including a running/lifting evaluation, goal-setting, and a Gait Analysis. Scheduled individually with Personal Run Coach.
One-on-One Race Prep Meeting, including pacing/course strategy, race day logistics, nutrition/hydration, and more. Scheduled individually with Personal Run Coach. Personalized Training Plan created specifically for participants, based on your goals, racing strategies, schedule, injuries, etc.

Olympic Lifting Training

Learn proper Olympic lifting techniques, cues and progressions – including the Clean, Jerk, and Snatch lifts and variations – with a focus on education and injury prevention. These personal sessions are led by USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. Ages 18+.
