FREE Six-Week Wellness Challenges
Participants are encouraged to get moving and get engaged, while receiving encouragement and support from YMCA coaches. During the challenge, participants are encouraged to get moving 30 minutes a day, five days a week. Participants are also encouraged to follow along with our weekly "themes" that will include ideas to "reset" physically, mentally, socially, spiritually - and more! Participants will receive three encouraging text messages each week that will include access to virtual workouts and ways to be connected with other health-seekers. Participants also have an opportunity to track their success using a tracking calendar. We welcome everyone to participate!
