Mental Health & Self-Care Club NEW!
Led by a certified social worker, we’ll help kids learn the tools, resources, and positive coping skills, they need to manage stress while having loads of fun! We’ll explore crafts like DIY Pop-Its and events like a Kid-Friendly Spa Day. We will also dive into activities that help youth understand and manage their emotions, set and achieve positive goals, work through setbacks, show empathy for others, establish and maintain healthy relationships, and make responsible decisions – tools that they can use all throughout their lives.
