At the YMCA you are not just a part of the facility, you become part of our community! We have many options and activities for our active older adults, including SilverSneakers and Silver&Fit members! Our Active Older Adult Programs empower active aging and promote greater health engagement and accountability by providing members with regular senior-focused exercise classes and social opportunities. We encourage and empower members at every age and stage of life to enjoy greater physical activity, connectivity and productivity.
All of the programs and events listed below are included in a YMCA membership and are targeted for ages 50+.
